Design & planning

Our team produces detailed drawings covering deck layout, structural requirements, drainage design, planter placement, and wind screen positioning. For roof projects, we include load calculations and waterproofing specifications ready for building permit submission.

Permits & approvals

We prepare and submit building permit applications to the City of Stockholm and support brf board presentations where required. You'll stay informed at every stage — we handle correspondence with authorities on your behalf.

Material selection

Choose from curated decking, planter, and screen options rated for Swedish climate conditions. We provide samples and specification sheets. All materials are ordered and scheduled for delivery before construction begins.

Construction

Our skilled team builds your terrace — subframe, decking, drainage, planters, screens, and outdoor seating. We maintain a clean, safe site and provide weekly progress updates. Mid-build inspections ensure quality at every stage.

Duration: 1–5 weeks · From 18 500 kr

Handover & aftercare

We walk you through your completed terrace, provide maintenance guidelines for decking, planters, and screens, and issue a 24-month workmanship guarantee. Optional seasonal maintenance visits keep your outdoor space in top condition year-round.
