What's included
All construction packages include material delivery within Stockholm, skilled installation, site cleanup, and a 24-month workmanship guarantee. Permit fees, brf application costs, and structural reinforcement beyond standard scope are quoted separately.
Payment terms
Planning services are invoiced upon delivery. Construction projects follow a three-stage payment schedule: 30% upon contract signing, 40% at mid-build inspection, and 30% upon final handover. We accept bank transfer and Swish for business clients.
